Tomorrow will be the day! The day that I will put my 11 years of English learning to the test, the day that will determine my future; not the last time though.

I will take my SAT Reasoning test tomorrow. When I practised at home, I always miss the 2100 mar by around 10 percent, SCARY. Well, tomorrow will be the actual exam, and may God bless me and any of my friends who is willing to believe in him and take the SAT this month.

Let's hope another Miracle happens =]

Ugh. I think I should make an effort to keep my blog alive.

It's been a month, a real busy month, where happy things and really regretful things happened. Until end of May I have been suffering from a lack of will to study, as I always had HAHAHA. But I tried very hard to make a difference in my attitude, and it kind of paid off; my homework and results have gone a notch higher that it has before, and I suppose it really matters how much effort I put in. This may seem absurd to studious people, but for lazy bumps like me I found it really rewarding and tough to sit down and do some solid work, then reap the benefits; I akways have this problem of getting serious with my studies >.< zz I will try constantly though.

Bad stuff: Haven gotten rid of LAN completely yet -.- If Melvin reads this he'll probably niao me XD, but really I should tone down at least until this year end. It's the A levels afterall. Gotten alittle improvement in lit, but still VERY unsure of stuff; maybe I should memorise the themes first before I go to the tactics hehe.
I keep missing alot of deadlines lately, whether for competitions and other stuffs; For someone who likes to plan and strategize (Doesnt mean tidy I suppose) , the failure of execution of events really frustrates me, and I have been frustrated alot HAHA, ok a frusttrated's abit too much, just say irritated. Internet connection's still not very friendly to me, but I'll adapt

Good stuff: Learned LOADS of things about my friends ^^ made alot of new friends during LEP camp too. The four days have really brightened up my life! YAY. Will yap about it later. Finally got an A for CLL -.-, something which I SHOULD be getting As all the time; I underestimated it's potential fo murder me, and took quite a nasty fall; but never mind, I have learnt my lesson and shall overcome this darned subject (Yes darned, cause we're almost taking on the full A level H2 syllabus this coming block test)

Next is the highlight of this post! the LEP Camp.

Our JC, TJC, NYJC, Dunman JC, and JJC went for a 4-Day camp at the Singapore Sports School; Legend has it that this school has excellent facilities for a camp. Legend proved to be half true, for me. =] The sports school is quite big, honestly. There are two indoor swimming pools XD a rare facility in this nation. Several of our friends wanted to go swimming during our short free times, but the camp leaders disallowed it, as there were still people training during the June holidays. There are of course the different courts for the different types of sports, and a really big gym (In terms of length) Which consisted of different sporting equipments and gym balls. I liked the looks of gy balls; they look more like toys than equipments, and they incite the child-like side of me. ^^ There is a canteen, indoors too where we get all our meals from.

The hostel rooms are clean and cosy, the fans are cooling, although I still prefer my Air-Con HAHA XD. I hate the pillow though; it's way too stiff and big for one; I tried pillow-fighting with Xia Yang and Seet one time, and it's like swinging a club around; Get hit and you die. XD; Hurts abit, to be truthful. The bluish colored blanket totally doesnt block out the fan's onslaught at night, so even though I thought the rooms are warm and stuffy, I almost froze on the first night. The shower is AWESOME; we get WARM shower this time; no cold waters like the other camps during our secondary school camps. The water is much bigger than normal home showers, and it feels good. SOMEONE said it hurts though haha. The most fun part about the camp is non other than our mini chit-chat sessions and cards sessions during the nights; the stress-free feeling, together with your best buddies, and share the time together, a truly wonderful feeling.

This camp is basically about poem writing, so I had fun participating in its events; all the speakers are unqiue in their ways of presenting, and even though they're sometimes not very interesting, I learned some stuff from them. We also watched 881 one night and had a talk with Royston Tan. He showed us his miniclip DIY again; I loved that clip; it is intriguingly well synchronized and planned out in my POV. Each school also got a poster of the movie XD; we'll probably get our teachers to hang it in the LEP homeroom. The MOST MOST MOST er, enjoyable part of the camp is the night where each of our groups (mixed btwn JCs) get to create a performance together; our group formulated a skit and song (Each group needa kusong sth) and the process was richly enthralling...cant use words to decribe it anymore, but the teamwork and discussion, seeing how everyone played out their roles and getting everyone to work together to put up a mini play just satisfies me alot. XD Had some very insightful conversations with my LEP friends in my school too. Some of us went to the giant track and field on night and talked alot; I learned alot about some friends too...this camp did enhance our bonds yea.

Said quite alot today cause it's been a month after all; I will slowly fill in the details soon, day by day =] Nights.
